Order Cancellation Policy: No Customer Cancellation
To uphold our promise of rapid 24-hour dispatch across India, our boutique inventory and packaging operations commence immediately upon successful payment. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or revoked by the customer. We kindly request all customers to verify their bag items, sizes, and shipping address prior to checkout.
1. Hygiene Standards for Intimate Loungewear
Nighties, nightgowns, maternity feeding wear, and kaftans are classified as intimate clothing. For the health, safety, and hygiene of all our customers, we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind or trial usage. Every piece delivered to you is brand-new, factory-fresh, and never tried on by another person.
2. Free Replacement for Damaged / Defective Items
We stand 100% behind the fabric quality and craftsmanship of our nighties. You are fully protected in the rare event of:
- A manufacturing defect (e.g. stitching fault, zipper malfunction on feeding gowns).
- A parcel arriving torn or physically damaged in transit.
- Receiving an incorrect product, size, or color from what you ordered.
3. How to Claim a Replacement
- Notify our support team within 48 hours of parcel delivery.
- Send your Order ID along with clear photos or a short video showing the defect/wrong item to our official WhatsApp support at +91 93451 25054 or email support@gardenparveen.in.
- Upon quick review by our dispatch team, we will immediately ship a brand-new replacement at zero additional cost to you.
4. Refunds (When Applicable)
If a genuine defective item cannot be replaced due to stock unavailability, a full refund of the amount paid will be credited back to your original payment source (UPI account or Card) via Razorpay Payments within 5 to 7 business days.
